Dia Del Tofurkey
It’s been said that if you are hungry, it take twenty minutes from the time you start eating until your body recognizes that you’re full. For those as metabolically enabled as myself, there is an unspoken challenge. How much tofu, stuffing, cranberry sauce, yams, mashed potatoes, sweetened carrots, corn, cauliflower, broccoli, pumpkin pie, apple pie, ice cream, and whipped cream, can you eat in twenty minutes? Way too much.

Pecan pie contains an as yet unidentified “stealth” compound. Experimental subjects in southeastern PA inflicted significant damage on themselves before the “stop, you’re full” signals registered.
